Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?

Upon payment, your order will be processed for shipping within 3-5 working days. During special promotions, shipping times may increase to 5 -10 business working days due to the increased volume of orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Do note that it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be visible. Please be sure to check your shipping address upon checkout. No further changes can be made once tracking number is provided.





Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for any orders of RM150 and above. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to West & East Malaysia only.



Is bulk purchase available?




Yes, bulk purchase is available for orders 24 and above with discount. You may reach out to us at hello@timanicandleco.com for more information. Please note that shipping fee may differ for bulk orders.





Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately all orders are final and cancellations are not allowed.





Lost or Stolen Packages

If you suspect that your package may have been stolen upon delivery confirmation and you did not receive your package, we advice you to contact your shipping carrier within 24-48 hours for investigation. We are not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Eco-Friendly Shipping

We make a conscious effort to use eco-friendly packing materials when feasible.





Special Orders

These provisions do not apply to special orders and bulk orders. Special orders and bulk order subject to the terms of the individual contract and are not eligible for any other shipping offers or promotions unless specifically stated.
